  • A complaint we hear from almost everyone during their quote is that their current cleaning service is cutting corners. That is why we created the Naturally Thorough Guarantee.

    When you schedule a quote with us, we’ll do a walkthrough of your space with you so that we understand all of your cleaning needs. We’ll schedule your initial deep clean as well as subsequent cleans, and give you prices for both. Afterwards we’ll also send you a personalized list of everything that needs to be cleaned during your deep clean and subsequent cleans.

    When we come to clean, if we miss anything on the list, we will come back and clean it at no additional cost, and you’ll receive 20% off your next clean.

    When you sign on to our cleaning services, you’ll never have to worry about your cleaning company slacking off and not doing everything you need. We don’t cut corners and you shouldn’t have to deal with a cleaning company that does. That’s our promise.

  • Although we cannot give you exact numbers until we do a walkthrough of your home, we can tell you that we are not a budget cleaning service. We pay our cleaners more than the average cleaning company, so it’s hard for us to match our competitor’s prices. Additionally, we provide all of the cleaning products and materials so you don’t have to. This is built into your cleaning cost.

    If budget is your primary concern when finding a cleaning service, we recommend looking into other options first.

  • We only schedule on a weekly or every-other-week basis. This is so that you have your designated slot in the schedule, and you won’t have to worry about getting slotted in wherever you fit for any given week. You’ll know when to expect us every time!

  • As a company, our mission is to be a set-and-forget service. We want to set you up for success in a way where you don’t have to think about scheduling services with us, or to have to wait until we have an opening in our schedule. If you become our client, you have a designated day and time that you can rely on. That being said, if you ever want to schedule a deep clean for an area that you usually don’t have us service, we can do that for you as well.

    Our mission is that our service is so good, you forget that things get dirty in the first place.

  • YUP! One of our highest values is quality customer service! When you have an issue, we want to hear from you right away. We will also check in with you on a regular basis to make sure that we are meeting your expectations.

  • In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Naturally Thorough Cleaners, LLC is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice the Client must pay 50% of their normal cleaning rate for the cancellation. Canceling more than two (2) consecutive cleanings, regardless of timeliness, will result in an up to 25% increase in payment for the next cleaning performed to bring the home or facility back to a baseline state of cleanliness.

    Please note that if we are unable to access the home upon arrival, we are turned away at the door, or there is cause for concern regarding the health or safety of the cleaners a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be invoiced.

  • Clients will:

    1. Ensure that the home is ready to be cleaned and not left in a state that requires a longer cleaning time than agreed upon (ie. leaving more than 10 minutes worth of dirty dishes, large messes that require organization or more than 1-12x16” rag to clean, etc.)

    2. Ensure that hazardous materials are contained to their appropriate places and will not obstruct cleaners abilities to perform their agreed upon duties (ie. pet waste, harmful chemicals of any kind, building materials, etc.)

    3. Cancel scheduled cleanings with a minimum of 48 hours notice if there is an illness or contagion within the home or facility that could pass to the cleaners.

    4. Cancel or reschedule cleanings with a minimum of 48 hours notice if there is work being done within home or facility that will impede cleaners ability to work efficiently. (ie construction or repairs)

    5. Do their best to limit number of people in an area that is being actively cleaned by cleaners.

    6. Request any alterations to their cleaner’s normal cleaning tasks, and reach an agreement with NTC management on tasks and pricing before the desired change date otherwise tasks will not be performed.
